For as long as Dane can remember he has been interested in real estate. Even as a little kid he was excited to explore around the town and see new houses. Then as he got older, reality TV and HGTV only contributed more to that passion. Couple these with a 20-year career in service and hospitality, and it creates a profession and industry that Dane is thrilled to be part of.

Dane’s education and experience make him an unparalleled agent in the real estate community. He believes in being a life-long student in order to best serve his clients. He takes the time to study local market data, statistics, absorption rates, pricing, neighborhoods, social media, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. He believes it is his duty to educate his clients on all aspects of their real estate transactions and the current status of the market. The Downing Street Group, where Dane has found his home in real estate, aligns with all of these beliefs and is helping Dane continue to grow as a trusted real estate agent and advisor. 

Outside of real estate, you can find Dane on the slopes in the winter and on the greens in the summer. Dane thoroughly enjoys everything Denver and Colorado have to offer.
